covergirl mascara, maybelline concealer

Let’s talk about some of my drugstore makeup favorites, some of which have become holy grail staples in my collection over the years!

Covergirl Lashblast Volume Mascara

I have been a lover of this mascara since it’s release! The lashblast line has since expanded to include formulas that focus on things like curling and length, but the original formula has my heart! It focuses on making your lashes look voluminous and full without clumping or flaking.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circle Eraser

This is one of my all time favorite concealers! Even after thoroughly enjoying some more expensive concealers, I always find myself coming back to this one. It’s smooth, has minimal creasing, and a little goes a long way. I’m happy to see they have expanded their shade ranges throughout the years to accommodate more people!

Pixi Brightening Peach Corrector

If you have fair to medium skin, this peach corrector will work wonders if you suffer from blue or purple toned dark circles under your eyes! A little goes a long way – just make sure to blend it out well, as it’s a thick, creamy consistency and can crease – and this will magically counteract your dark circles! Finish off with your favorite concealer and your dark circles will be a thing of the past!

Wet N Wild Cream Highlighter in “Marigold Round”: N/A

Although I’m sad to report this highlight product is discontinued, it’s work beautifully if you happen to find it somewhere! Since it’s a cream, this is the ideal product to use on mature and dry skin so it doesn’t settle into fine lines or dry patches. It’s subtle enough to give you the look of an inner glow while being buildable enough to make you look more like a disco ball, if that’s your jam.

NYX Slide On Eyeliner Pencil

These are some of my all-time favorite gel pencil liners! They’re super smooth, affordable dupes to the Urban Decay 24/7 pencils, and come in an awesome variety of colors.

Wet N Wild Individual Eyeshadows

Wet N Wild has really stepped up their game in recent years! They used to be known as one of the cheapest brands in the drugstore, both for price point and quality, but no more! These individual eyeshadows are adorable, easy to pack on the go, and pack a punch when it comes to pigmentation.

Wet N Wild Large Eyeshadow Palette

Wet N Wild Small Eyeshadow Palette

Additionally, these Wet N Wild eyeshadow palettes are everything the individual eyeshadows boast, while including a wider shade range to complete the look!

NYX Single Eyeshadow

Looking for an eyeshadow option outside of Wet N Wild? NYX has got you covered! I love the NYX brand as a whole, but have come to love their eyeshadows for their minimal fall out, smooth texture, and nice shade range.

Maybelline Lipsticks

Maybelline lipsticks have to be my absolute favorite when it comes to classic drugstore lipsticks! Their pigment packs a punch and makes it so you only have to swipe a couple times for complete coverage, they don’t have a funky smell, and their shade range is constantly evolving and expanding! There’s really nothing not to love with these.

Revlon Colorstay Foundation

This foundation is hands down my favorite from the drugstore! I’ve used it on and off for years and it never stops being good. The coverage can easily be more medium, while offering the option to build up to full. The shade range is pretty good and they even offer the foundations in formulas that better suit different skin types, such as dry or oily.

Some Faves from ELF Cosmetics:

No Budge Shadow Stick

Flat Eyeshadow Brush

Tapered Blending Brush

Blending Perfector Brush

Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder in “St. Lucia”

Luminous Blush in “Bright Peach”

ELF Clear Brow & Lash Mascara

Poreless Face Primer

ELF as a whole has been one of my favorite, super affordable brands from the time I found them. I started using them back when they only had a $1 line and a $3 line. It’s so exciting to see how they’ve grown and expanded since then, into their studio line, skincare products, and more! This is an entire brand I can get behind and recommend them wholeheartedly!
